About Me

A frontend engineer
who ships end to end

I'm a frontend engineer with 11+ years building web applications. I'm at my best shipping user-facing features end to end and architecting scalable design systems that other teams can build on. I've worked across large and small international tech companies alike — both in-office and remotely on a B2B contract basis.

In my spare time I like to work on the things I don't get to touch as much day to day — backend work, and design in Figma. I also lecture on web-development basics at Code Academy, a local coding school, as a pastime, and occasionally take on 1-on-1 mentoring for people looking to level up their React and JavaScript skills.

Every so often I take on a small private contract and build a product start to finish — you can read about some of those in the in-depth case studies I post. I've also recently taken up writing a personal blog, just to try it out of curiosity; you can read it right here on this site.

- Integrated Sumsub KYC/AML and Solidgate payments into the exchange — owning the frontend end-to-end and contributing to the backend integration in collaboration with the BE team.
- Built CI/CD pipelines from scratch for all three platforms — automating builds, testing, and deployment for iOS, Android and web.
